Acceptance of terms and changes to the regulations

The condition for using the services is full acceptance of the regulations in their current wording. We reserve the right to introduce changes to the content of the document for important technical or legal reasons. Users will be informed of any significant modifications with appropriate advance notice. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes their acceptance.

Eligibility rules and account registration

Formal requirements The user of the platform can only be a natural person who has full legal capacity and is over 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a gross violation of the regulations. Each user can only have one account. Creating multiple profiles results in the blocking of all associated accounts.

Data verification process During registration, the user is obliged to provide true and up-to-date personal data. We reserve the right to request copies of documents confirming the user's identity and age. Until successful verification, some functions of the service may remain limited.

User obligations and prohibited actions

The user undertakes to use the platform in a manner consistent with the law and social norms. It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Exploiting technical errors or security vulnerabilities of the service.
  • Using bots and other tools automating technical interactions.
  • Attempts to hack into systems or distribute malicious software.
  • Sharing the account with third parties.
  • Publishing offensive content or infringing the rights of other people.

Payment rules and financial operations

All financial operations on the platform are subject to rigorous security procedures. The user can make deposits only from accounts or cards of which they are the legal owner. The use of other people's financial resources is strictly punished and reported to the relevant authorities in Poland. We reserve the right to suspend payment processes to conduct security checks. Any operational fees are always clearly communicated.

Disclosure of risk and no guarantee of results

The user acknowledges that using the platform's services involves the risk of losing financial resources. We do not provide any guarantees as to the positive outcome of interactions or the achievement of financial benefits. The service is provided "as is". Prudence and moderation in using technical services are the sole responsibility of the user.

Intellectual property rights

All content published on the service, including texts, graphics, logos, and the website architecture, are the intellectual property of the operator or are used under appropriate licenses. Copying or distributing these elements without our written consent is prohibited and constitutes a violation of Polish copyright law.

Links to external services

Our service may contain links to websites managed by third parties. We are not responsible for the content or operating principles of these services. Transitioning to an external website is at the sole risk of the user.

Limitation of liability and exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or equipment failures on the user's side. We are not responsible for the consequences of force majeure and for errors resulting from improper use of the platform. Our total liability will in no event exceed the amount paid by the user within the last 30 days.

Termination of contract and account suspension

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of the regulations, suspected fraud, or at the request of authorized Polish state authorities. The user may terminate the contract at any time by sending a request to close the account.

Governing law and dispute resolution

All disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved based on Polish law. The parties undertake to first attempt an amicable resolution of the conflict through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted to the common court competent for the operator's registered office.
